How much is shipping?
We offer shipping for 15$! Your wine will be delivered straight to your door and will require an adult signature. Our 15$ shipping fee will not change based on quantity.

Who will ship my wine?
Your wine is being shipped with GLS or Fedex.
What is the turnaround time between placing an order and receiving the order?
3 to 4 days from order date, depending on location. (Day 1 receive order, day 2 ship order, day 3 receive order (Day 4 allows for weekend, xtra shipping day).
Do I have to be at home to receive my wine?
Yes, someone 21 years of age or older must sign for the wine.
Why signature is required for wine shipments?
By federal law, only individuals of 21years and older are allowed to buy alcoholic beverages. Because the product is shipped, we and the carriers must make sure that the purchaser as well as the recipient, on his/her behalf, is 21 years and older. If no signature can be collected, the carrier will leave a notice for a second attempt or further shipping instructions. After that, the shipment will be returned to the sender.
Can an order that has been shipped be tracked?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier name, order and tracking number.
How can I get a refund?
Once your wine has been delivered we are unfortunately unable to offer any refunds. If you are unhappy with the wine or have any other concerns you can always reach out to info@unsweetwine.com!
What do I do if my wine is damaged, I received the wrong product or if my wine never was delivered?
If your wine was delievered damaged, if you received the wrong wine or if you nevere recieved your wine you can reach out to info@unsweetwine.com within 7 days of the date the wine was delivered/scheduled for delivery and we will replace the wine or issue a credit or refund depending on the customer's preference.
